03 CRM Integration Clarification

⚠ Important: CRM Integration Scope

CRM integration is with DISCOM's existing CRM systems (not HPL internal CRM). This is needed when:

  • DISCOM wants consumer data synced between MDM and their CRM (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM)
  • Service requests from consumer app need to flow into DISCOM's ticketing system
  • Consumer profile updates need bi-directional sync

DISCOM has CRM but keeps them separate Phase 1 Standard API export for manual sync if needed
