Unlike Genus and Secure who license their MDM, HPL owns the platform outright. No recurring license fees, full IP ownership, freedom to modify and enhance independently.
Built specifically for HPL's HES with native connector - not a generic adapter. Deeper integration, better performance, seamless data flow.
FluxAI integration path gives HPL advanced AI capabilities that competitors don't offer - load forecasting, theft detection, predictive analytics.
Based on feedback that field operations mobile app is standard in the market, we have moved this feature from Phase 2A to Phase 1. This ensures HPL's offering matches market expectations from day one.
Phase 2A: Work Order Management (full workflow with assignment, tracking, and reporting) available as future enhancement.
CRM integration is with DISCOM's existing CRM systems (not HPL internal CRM). This is needed when:

Recommendation: Most DISCOMs operate MDM and CRM as separate systems initially. CRM integration is rarely a Day 1 requirement. We recommend evaluating this need per DISCOM during deployment.
